By the end of his marital sprees, Henry VIII was a huge scary guy! His oozing sores and huge appetiete for women, food, drink are historical fact and legend. I love this series and it would be fine w/o the gratuitous sex/nudity. Except, Henry should be wearing a fat suit by his 5/6th wives.

I am a history buff, i love to read, watch most anything todo with history. The reviews that were given on the Tudors, gave me enough insight to step back and think. Do i want to spend the amount of money for all 4 seasons of the Tudors, from what the reviewers have stated the history of this series is not up to par. No matter what, you can not change history. Even in fiction series. So i have chosen not to buy all four seasons cause, i would not be able to enjoy the series. Sorry but the history we know of the Tudors is not boring, nor is it lame. Had the creators of this series stuck with the true historys of the Tudors i would be more then happy to purchase this Series. Maybe Hollywood and Cable will think about adding fiction too the historys next time. Once again thank you to the reviewers for helping me with my choice. With out you i would have waisted a bit of cash and wished i would not have purchased. So i am greatful to everyone of you.

I made the mistake of buying all 3 series at once, being attracted by the title. This is misleading: the series covers only one of the Tudor monarchs - and that only partially. The series is full of errors: Henry's sister, Margaret, married neither the king of Portugal OR Charles Brandon (she actually married the King of Scotland); Wolsey died of natural causes (not by cutting his throat); I could go on . . . Thomas Tallis is portrayed as, first a homo- then hetero-sexual (which has no relevance to the plot whatever). My main complaint is that, despite there being a number of portraits of Henry, so that we all know what he looked like, a handsome, sexy actor has been chosen to appeal to the female viewers who, presumably, would not be as excited to see a real likeness of Henry - getting fatter as he gets older and spending much of his middle age with an ulcerated leg (which smelled). No one is going to be enamoured with that! Every episode contains a number of steamy sex scenes, even when these are unnecessary to the plot (dreams, for example). The costumes are magnificent. If only the same attention to detail could have been paid to the script (sloppy lines in the first episode include a "summit" meeting and I'm sure I heard someone say, "Ok"!).

I'm sorry to conclude that this is aimed mainly at an American audience who have little knowledge of English history. It illustrates a perfect example of a producer whose only priority is to chase the ratings by appealing to the lowest common denominator.

The series is alright, as a phd student in late Tudor history well, the series is alright. However, I do have one issue, a major one actually. The series is titled...the Tudors, yet the series ends with Henry VIII. Did the person creating the series forget Edward VI, Mary I, and Elizabeth I? While Henry's reign marked a pivotal change in English history, the events that follow his reign do more to define England and English protestantism. If the series does not include the entire Tudor dynasty, perhaps the title should have just been Henry VIII.

There are quite a few wipes per pack but they do not dispense very easily. When you are trying to wipe a baby and pull out a wipe it is not very easy.

The story line is fake and nothing like the book, but it has very good morals. Such as do not fight something before you examine it. Another thing is that in the book Fishlegs is skinny and knows nothing about dragon and is hiccup's best friend, but in the movie Fishlegs is fat and knows everything about dragons and is not hiccup's friend.

Want a cross between Toy Story and pokemon? You get this stupid movie. Since when do Vikings have an irish accent? Since this movie apparently. The dragons are laughable. Some look like they're straight out of a kindergarteners art folder. Not nearly menacing, and more laughable. The only reason I gave this movie 3 stars is because the plot is ok. I expected more from pixar.

I have used these wipes for over 2 years and I have always been very happy with them. My daughter has very sensitive skin and these were the only ones that didn't make her break out. ( I also use the diapers and love them!) There was always the occasional problem of the wipes not separating properly but it was tolerable because the wipes were so good. But I was very disappointed with my last shipment when I realized the size was smaller, the separation problem has gotten worse and they seem dryer than before. It now takes more wipes to clean a poopy diaper, which is very wasteful, and they don't pull apart well. You'll get 4 or 5 in a row stuck together and then they will totally break apart and you have to dig down into the package for the next one. I hope more people will write in if you've experienced these issues. I really want to use these wipes again but I am currently trying Seventh Generation and Tushies again to see if I can be happy with them. Its so unfortunate when companies think that skimping on their products will save them money when it will actually lose them money by losing customers.

Many parents brought their kids for the magic of 3D and animation of dragons and a kid outsmarting the entire village in communicating sensibly with such misunderstood creatures. Few kids ended up losing interest in the movie, separated from their parents, and played in the dark alleys of the movie theater. Few parents had to get out due to the maddening violence of killing dragons from the beginning to the end.

It is a movie that started with great animation and imagination yet lost its target viewers by introducing incessant violence non-stop. The movie missed the greatest opportunity in sparing such great talent of its artists in an age-appropriate tale. The imagination and graphics are more suitable to a college student than to any child or even adolescent.

Somehow, a writer out there who never has learned how kids think, imagine, or develop, embarked on such silly progressive improvement of the dragon tail in order to enable it to regain its flying capabilities. With kids using axes to wrestle with monstrous dragons, parents should be informed with the ill-design of the movie.
